Equine Art, Stonewall Sport Horses
At our Farm in Bennett Valley we live with five beautiful horses, all related to each other. Our Stonewall Sport Horses include three generations: Baby Jane, the wise grandmother; Cuvee, now a mother in her own right, and Savannah, our three-year old. Baby Jane and Cuvee are Percheron/Running Appaloosa cross-breeds, and Savannah takes that lineage and adds the refinement of a champion Arab. Double Shot of Love (Bella) is our Thoroughbred, an accomplished Grand Prix Jumper, who just now had a baby --Triple Shot of Love, naturally, a cross with a beautiful Andalusian named Commanche. They are frequent subjects in my paintings, as are the horses of my closest friends. I think you can feel the love come through. Cards are available of each of my paintings, as well as artist-enhanced giclées in various sizes on both canvas and presentation paper.
